Biography

I graduated from the Medical School of Thessaloniki (1991).

I specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology in the United Kingdom, with training in In Vitro Fertilization, Ultrasonography, and Endoscopic surgery.

From 1997 to 2004, I worked at the University Leeds Teaching Hospitals and the University of Hull as a Registrar Senior Registrar and as the responsible physician in on-call services without higher supervision. It is noteworthy that the aforementioned hospitals handle an annual number of deliveries exceeding 6000.

I have received training in Laparoscopy, Hysteroscopy, Colposcopy, Gynecourology, vulvar diseases, menstrual irregularities, high-risk pregnancies, and menopausal issues.

During the period 2001-2002, I specialized in pregnancy ultrasound (nuchal translucency, level II ultrasound, Doppler) at Queen’s Medical Centre, University of Nottingham. I acquired the highest diploma DOURGOG/RCR in Obstetric Ultrasound from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, allowing me to perform level II ultrasounds in the United Kingdom.

I hold the diploma of Obstetrics and Gynecology from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. Additionally, I have the Family Planning and ALSO (Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics) diplomas. In August 2002, I assumed the position of Lecturer in in vitro fertilization at the University of Hull, from which I resigned in February 2004, holding the title of honorary member, in order to return to Greece.
Today, I collaborate with the IASO and REA Maternity Hospitals.

Common Reasons for Visiting the Clinic
